“STEP / Foundation for European Projects IJsselstein” was a non-profit organization run by a small team of professionals in the field of youth work, welfare work, education, (outdoor-) sports and network developing in the town of IJsselstein, the Netherlands.

STEP’s aim was to motivate and support young people’s personal development and (inter)cultural exploration through various projects around Europe.
